Stayed at a hotel with a garden. Bravo! Also had the privilege of paying for private parking. This place really knows how to make you feel special. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, where they magically transform all your dietary problems into a feast.
Can't think of anything. Perfect experience.

We stayed at Hotel Balkan for one night as part of our Europe journey. The location was convenient, just a short walk into town. The owner was friendly, even though he didn't speak English, my German was sufficient for communication. Check-in was quick and payment was expected on arrival. The room was basic but comfortable, perfect for our needs. Being part of a motorcycle tour, it was great that the hotel could accommodate our group with 4 twin rooms. The rooms were quiet and we enjoyed a good meal at the onsite restaurant.
Recommend this hotel.

The staff were mind-blowingly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee superb. The rooms were super comfortable, clean, quiet, and close to the city center. The owners were jaw-droppingly kind and helpful, making it feel like a cozy neighborhood. The hotel's location near the river was perfect for jogging and relaxing in the evening. Free beer and a convenient mini mart nearby were unexpected bonuses. The bus stop right across the street made transportation a breeze.

Breakfast: The continental breakfast at the hotel was a delightful surprise. Each morning, a variety of delicious vegetarian and vegan options were available, ensuring that even the pickiest of eaters would find something to satisfy their taste buds. The pancakes were so fluffy, they could rival a cloud!
Bathroom: The bathroom in my room was adequate, although not exactly luxurious. It had all the necessary amenities and served its purpose, but it wasn't the most extravagant or plush space.

Great amenities, like free Wi-Fi and a lovely breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the city center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, the hotel had a delicious on-site restaurant where we enjoyed a tasty meal.
There were a few minor issues, such as a malfunctioning shower head. However, these small inconveniences didn't overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

Surprisingly, they had parking and a restaurant! The garden was a nice touch. Also, the location was good for exploring nearby attractions.
I just loved how they taped my car and left graffiti on it, so thoughtful! Such a unique way to show their appreciation for my stay.

the family-owned business had a cosy, neighborhood-like restaurant next to the hotel, which added to the overall charm. the owner and his wife were kind and helpful, and though the owner didn't speak English, his wife did. I appreciated their effort to understand my limited German and provide helpful information. For the price I paid, I felt the hotel delivered a decent service. On my last day, the hotel owner even surprised me with a free beer, which was a nice touch!
All was good. 👍.

We had a quick check-in at Hotel Restaurant Balkan and the room was basic but comfortable. The hotel's location near the Mosel allowed for a nice walk along the river. The owner and his wife, who spoke English, were kind and helpful during our stay. The cozy, neighborhood-like restaurant next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise. we enjoyed our time at the hotel and would recommend it.
We did experience some communication problems as the staff did not fully speak our language. Additionally, the breakfast was expensive for the limited options available.
